Through the years, we’ve adapted to address our customers’ needs and concerns and, as a result, we have evolved into being more than a natural gas provider. We are also an informational resource for our customers.

Customer Connection represents the next step in our commitment to customer service. This new website puts you in control, allowing you access to information about your natural gas account without having to speak to a Laclede representative. This new service affords you the convenience to research questions, change account options and pay your bill at any time, night or day... on your schedule.

Features of this site include:

  • account access 24/7 (from time to time, some features may be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance);
  • online bill payment options without having to sign up for a recurring payment program;
  • ability to make various account changes;
  • access to current and past bills;
  • ability to compare bills;
  • access to payment and usage histories;
  • helpful information regarding various factors that impact gas usage;
  • sign-up for Budget-Billing.
